Резиме:
Циљ рада је двострук: 1) детаљније упознавање наше стручне
јавности са једним од најзначајних истраживања даровитости током
последњих неколико деценија Ä истраживање развоја талента
Бенџамина С. Блума и сарадника (Bloom, 1985); 2) изношење
импликација истраживања за нашу васпитно-образовну праксу.
Имајући то у виду, у раду се најпре указује на шири контекст и
вишеструки значај бављења питањима даровитости. Следи осврт на
употребу термина "таленат" на подручју истраживања даровитости,
а затим и приказ истраживања. Притом се највећа пажња посвећује
разликованим етапама развоја талента као и најважнијим
генерализацијама о том развоју. Након критичког осврта на метод,
резултате и теоријска разматрања Блума и сарадника, аутор износи
неке од импликација на нашу васпитно-образовну праксу.

Summary:
There is a double aim of this paper: 1) getting acquainted our
professional auditorium with one of the most important research
of the gifted in recent decades Ä research of the development of
the talented of Benjamin S. Bloom and his associates (Bloom,
1985); 2) Revealing implications of this research to our
pedagogical-educational praxis. Taking this into account, we
show in this paper a wide context and multiple importance of the
issue of the gifted. There is a review on the use of the term
"talent" within the area of the research of the gifted, and also
on the analysis of this research. We are particularly focused on
different stages of talent development as well as the most
important generalizations in this development. After the
critical review on the method, results and theoretical
discussion of Bloom and associates, the author shows some
implications of all of it for our pedagogical-educational
auditorium.
