I am responsible with the initial training of students who will further become teachers and additionally in charge with teachers’ continuous training but also with school principals.

From our research we have noticed that the combination of the three types of education – formal, non-formal and informal – as well as the use of communication through the arts, helps us to acquire necessary skills in life, and teachers who use this combinatorics are appreciated and preferred by pupils / students.

Therefore, project-based learning helps us to train our students in skills.

In the autumn of 2019, together with the teachers and students of UVT and with our educational partners, teachers and students from schools, we chose to collaborate in the training of competencies in key areas.
